With so many DJ services out there how do you really know who is a professional and who is a ameture. Don’t make the costly mistake of hiring your DJ on price alone, if your DJ gave you a really good price but ruined your event do you really think that was a good deal? One thing to look at would be this: Does the DJ actually take the time to ask you what YOUR needs are? Or does he just spit out an hourly rate that he charges everybody, I like to call that the “cookie cutter” approach to doing weddings.
We have done hundreds of weddings and we understand that each wedding is different and therefore needs special attention. A professional DJ will always take the time to ask you very specific questions about your wedding. From there they will answer any questions that you might have for them and then give you their professional recommendation on which package will best fit their event. We hired Big Boss Music Productions at the very last minute (one week before our wedding) and Joseph really came through. He was able to get all the important information he needed and drew up a custom outline for us which was just what we wanted. Big Boss Productions kept the pace all the way through from the cocktail and dinner hour to the dancing part of our reception . Joseph showed up extra early to set up and was even able to stay longer because our guests were all having such a great time. The music was exactly whatwe wanted and even with some last minute itinerary changes Joseph pulled it off without missing a beat. Joseph has done 3 weddings for our family already and always does a great job.
